And that was 2010 -- six months, ten posts, nine hours,
and one now-blank memory card later -- whew!!

This afternoon, just two weeks shy of her seventh birthday...

Maya lost her sixth tooth (sigh).

we spent time with some family...

We moved on...

grew up...

ran for a while...

... and played.

We took some risks...

faced some fears...

stepped outside...

... gained fresh perspective

...and in the end, as the tides and leaves began to turn,
light triumphed over darkness, and love endured.
